The promotion, soundness, protection, and reliability of foreign exchange business in Rwanda is attained through implementation of Regulators requirements for operation. The Legal and regulatory framework embedded in this section is therefore designed to ensure that Foreign Exchange Bureaus adhere to prudential norms and robust protection of Domestic currency Value and Clients.
