This is done through establishment of legal and regulatory frameworks that promote transparency, honest and fair treatment of customers within financial sector. This is coupled with financial consumer empowerment to enable them make informed financial decisions. The Legal and regulatory framework embedded in this section is therefore designed to ensure that players in currency exchange business adhere to its prudential norms and robust protection.
