The National Bank of Rwanda is the national think tank mandated to advise the Government and other stakeholders on the management of national economic policies and development. Such focus of responsibility necessitates the bank to institute HR policies and procedures which provides strong base for human capital management and development to nurture an enthusiastic, self-motivated, innovative and creative workforce.
The main objective of our HRM&D department, in order to realize the above scope is to lead, develop, coordinate, oversee and implement the human resources strategy and processes that are aligned to the business strategy and thus deliver on business objectives by focusing on:
