Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN) provides the National Bank of Rwanda (NBR) with the fiscal operations which shows Government Revenues, Grants, Current and Capital expenditures, fiscal balance and its financing. NBR and MINECOFIN work together to compile the domestic debt statement.
