NATIONAL BANK OF RWANDA

These Specific Rules apply to all procurement of works, goods and services ordered by the National Bank of Rwanda. The Law governing public procurement, regulations and guidelines related to the public procurement in force shall govern all matters not catered for by these Rules. And in case these Rules are in conflict with provisions of other Laws or regulations on public procurement, these Rules shall prevail.
